Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Ripe Pulp, including the sites, pages, communities and messages that creators publish through it.

Identity and creator profiles

• Do not impersonate a person, creator, brand or organisation, or misrepresent your connection to one.
• Do not claim, or try to claim, a creator profile that is not about you or a channel you are authorised to act for.
• Do not create accounts, profiles or reviews to mislead people, or buy, sell or transfer accounts or claimed profiles.

Using information about creators

• Use information about creators that you obtain through Ripe Pulp only to evaluate and arrange collaborations with them. Do not resell it, publish it elsewhere or add it to a mailing list.
• Do not scrape, crawl, copy or harvest the directory, profiles or contact details, whether manually or with automated tools, except through an interface we provide for that purpose.

Messages and outreach

• Follow the laws that apply to your messages, including anti-spam and privacy laws. Identify yourself honestly and do not use misleading subject lines.
• Honour every request to stop. Do not try to get around an opt-out, for example by writing from another account or address.
• Do not upload bought, rented or scraped contact lists.
• Do not harass, threaten or pressure anyone, including creators who have not replied to you.

Content

Do not publish, sell or send content that:

• is illegal, or promotes illegal activity;
• infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
• sexually exploits or endangers children — we remove it, close the account and report it to the authorities;
• shares intimate images of someone without their consent;
• threatens violence, or attacks people because of a protected characteristic;
• is fraudulent or deceptive, including fake reviews, fake engagement and misleading claims about products or earnings;
• contains malware or links designed to steal information.

The platform itself

• Do not probe, scan or test the security of Ripe Pulp without our written permission.
• Do not interfere with the platform, get around rate limits or access controls, or access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Do not use Ripe Pulp to take payment for things our payment providers prohibit, or to avoid the payment rules in the Terms.

Enforcement and reporting

If we believe this policy has been breached we may remove content, reverse a profile claim, limit features, or suspend or close accounts, and we may report illegal activity to the authorities. Where it is reasonable and lawful we will tell you what we did and why.
